Actisim relieves associated cramps and pains and prevents flatulence and belching.
The effectiveness of this product is due to the anti-foaming action of the simethicone, combined with the adsorbent action of the coal against intestinal gases.
The bilayer conformation of the tablet allows to release about 50% of the ingredients in the gastric environment within 15 minutes of taking the device, while the complete disintegration of the tablet occurs in an intestinal environment within 1 hour.
The components are not absorbed in the gastro-intestinal tract and do not interfere with the absorption of nutrients. It is indicated in the treatment of symptoms related to swelling of the stomach (aerophagia) and intestine (meteorism) due to the accumulation of gas.
